SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks for processing and design prior to shipment.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.   During freezing weather any liquid product (such as paint) will be shipped when temperatures are above freezing, so there may be a slight delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated USPS shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. All orders over $200.oo USD will ship for free via USPS ground in the continental US.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Riker's Fleas and Furniture in Nixa, Mo.    After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9-6 on Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS once the package has left our facility.  No refunds will be given for delays out of our control.  However, we will work with you to ensure your order is satisfactory.
